Life coaching and Personal Development Training.
Life coaching services are available by appointment for the individual are is tailored for the specific needs of the client.

EFT/TFT or Emotional Freedom technique or as it was originally known as Thought Field Therapy is one modality which is very effective and making break throughs daily. EFT is very useful to relieve trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions and other blocked emotional issues that limits the individual from living a full life.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
These are individually formulated to educate and inspire the person to gain control over their life. Letting go of fears and doubts while gaining knowledge and learning practical tools allows for an improved quality of life. Old outmoded behavioural patterns that have restricted and limited are dissolved as new empowering ones are introduced.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and is taped for convenience.

GROUP SESSIONS
Support groups for seekers of spiritual awareness and empowerment. Educational and inspirational, these groups are intended to bring together like minded people who have a common aim, to continue to improve their quality of life and to share their journey. These groups are open to people who have advanced from private sessions and wish to stay connected as well as anyone who feels it is time for a change.
Night group – 1st Monday
of the month, 7.30pm – 9.30pm
Fee: $20.00
Public Speaking
Yvonne is available for public speaking engagements worldwide. Inspiring people in small or large groups to find direction and make positive life changes is her specialty. She has years of experience working in Australia, USA, Europe and Malaysia.
