Many people think that you have to be in crisis, unhappy or dysfunctional before using the services of a Counselor or Life Coach, but if we look at other areas where coaching is the norm, people use them to get better at what they are already doing. We are all living and we can all benefit from learning how to do it better, so we can all use some coaching along the way.

Private sessions address the individual’s needs. It allows for an in depth look at what is not working and how improvements can be made.

A combination of cognitive, emotional and spiritual reconditioning is used to assist and guide people into experiencing an improved quality of life.

EFT/TFT is also used for the immediate relief of anxiety, fear, addiction etc.

Sessions last 1 1/2 hr and fees are $80.00
